How it works:
I begin with an aura reading, done from a distance, that shows me exactly where your energy is right now — where it's flowing, where it's blocked, and what's actually asking for your attention across your health, relationships, and sense of purpose. We then go through Access Bars, a hands-on energy process that calms the nervous system and helps release what's been keeping you stuck.
By the end, you'll have a clear picture of where you actually are, and a roadmap for where to go next, whether that's on your own or with continued support.
